Project is to upgrade pre-trade real time transactional system
Required Skills:
1. Strong C# front end GUI skills, Winforms
2. Oracle/Sybase DB (client is migrating to Oracle so need strength in this)
3. Messaging will migrate Tibco EMS to Websphere MQ Series.
Pluses include:
1. Unix/Windows skills
2. Scripting Shell or Post Scripts
Ideal profile:
Experience with Prime Brokerage and/or Securities Lending to work with business sponsor, evaluate existing code, recommend upgrades, and code. They will work closely with the hiring manager and a Sr. Developer but, ultimately, with little or no hand holding
