If not you, would you know anyone qualified for this position  Manager, Licensing Business Process & Systems.   Midtown location - easy commute from Grand Central Station or Penn Station   Requirement priorities for this position Financial Background Project Management/Business Analysis Oracle e-Business Suite Candidates coming from one of the larger consulting agencies: PWC, D&T or the entertainment/media industry are strongly preferred No travel   Manager-Licensing Business Process and Systems   This position is responsible for managing the intellectual property rights and royalty processes.   Initially, the position will assist with the rollout and ongoing support of a new licensing rights and royalty management application, to be integrated with the Oracle eBusiness suite A/R and G/L modules.  In this capacity, the position will include but not be limited to: requirements analysis, business process redesign, configuration, data conversion and related cleansing, systems testing, user training, standardizing royalty statement reporting from global licensees, functional/configuration changes associated with change/enhancement requests, report development and ongoing support. Required Skills and Expertise * Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems, strongly preferred. * 5+ years experience, implementing or supporting Oracle Financial and / or Accounting applications.  * Ideal candidate could have a combination of experience with a major consulting firm (e.g. PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and consumer products company either managing business process reengineering projects or the controller function. * Expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite, especially in General Ledger, Receivables, and Cash Management applications. * Experience with media industry and contract systems is a strong plus. * Good understanding of Oracle support processes and resources. * Experience with implementing custom and ad hoc reporting using various report writers. * Experience with global operations involving currency exchange rates is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to business and technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated strong teamwork skills by leading a cross-functional team of business users to streamline business process to maximize revenue and minimize costs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Project       Terry Welsh Managing Director-North America Concepts in Staffing TERRY@CISNY.COM  212/725-0300 x. 432 212/293-4432
