Job Duration:		12 Months
Job Description:		This position will be responsible for HR reporting, particularly in support of force management and other critical HR projects as required. The position is accountable for running reports for TeleCom, Corporate & VSO business units and needs to exercise considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining high quality results. • Needs in-depth knowledge and experience in writing and analyzing Ad Hoc queries • Ability to interpret data and ad hoc requests. • Solve a wide range of complex reports and provides solutions to multiple business or technical issues that have organization-wide impact • Self-motivated, good analytical skills and the ability to work on special projects. Required Skills & Experience: • Working knowledge of systems and data flows • Minimum of 2 years experience in database management & report writing • Experience in solving complex data requests and data analysis • Needs to know DB2, Oracle, and Microsoft Office suite • Strong knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) • Ability to design reports based on user requirements • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Tables structure • Demonstrated flexibility in managing priorities and ability to multi-task • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail is required. Desired Skills & Experience: • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills. • Minimum of 2 years experience in finance or accounting • Knowledge of Linux operating system a plus
