Requirements to join TENG as well as to participate in monthly meetings:
1. Total comp of 150K and up
2. Title of VP and up
3. Senior level responsibilities including management of direct reports

If you are eligible for TENG, e-mail your resume to me (jay.colan@LHH.com) with "TENG" in the subject line and "I meet all qualifications" in the body of the e-mail. You do not have to state your compensation in the e-mail. Reminder: E-mails, including those from mobile devices, should have a signature with full name, e-mail address and mobile number on it. Include your consultant's name in the body of the e-mail.

TENG is run by a volunteer who may not get back to you for a few weeks. You may still come to the meeting if they have not yet heard from the TENG.
