NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER

Location: Boston, MA

Client: State-of-the-art security company providing sophisticated measures protecting civilians against serious nefarious threats. Companies threat detection systems are TSA certified and are employed in many major airports around the globe. Company threat detection systems are used in courthouses, police stations, office buildings, military bases, government facilities and other high risk facilities. Needless to say these threat detection systems are critical insuring the public safety of an untold number of people and will continue to be in high demand well into the future. As you can imagine sales are "booming". J

Position: Client is seeking top notch candidates who will run their National Field Service organization. Currently at 10 Field Engineers (+ admin staff) however, it is anticipated the number of FEs will rapidly increase to 40 in the near term, additionally you will be responsible for managing international third party service providers.

Minimum Requirements:

BS/BA degree mandatory, preferably a technical degree, MBA a plus.
Type of industries client will consider candidates from include: medical imaging, electrical, electromechanical, automation.
Must be a US citizen
Currently managing a field service organization of no less than 25 direct reports and managing supervisors as well
Any serious candidate must have experience utilizing analytics and metrics in daily operations.
5+ years exp. in building a service organization
P&L responsibilities of a minimum of $5 MM
Willingness to travel 30% (overnight)
Experience with US Government contracts a plus

Due to the nature of this position company will perform pre-employment drug testing and will do thorough background checks of all candidates.

Compensation: open, will be dependent on specific skill set of each candidate. In addition to the base salary they will be an annual bonus + a nice benefits package.
