Title:           Project Manager - Senior

Location:    Raritan, NJ

Duration:    12+ month's contract

Client: JNJ

Description:

Strong I/T project management experience for complex, enterprise projects required. Knowledge and experience of enterprise systems monitoring and alerting practices as well as ITIL event management process knowledge a plus.

Technical:
-5 years experience as a project manager. Possess thorough understanding of general Infrastructure technologies (Oracle, Cisco, NT, HP-Unix, SAN, WAN, eCommerce)
-Two years experience in managing and performing Technical Support Services contracts or tasks.
-Manage various e-Business and infrastructure projects of a complex nature.
-Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities.
-Function as a team builder for projects managed.
-Coordinate across various functional Information Management areas to provide solutions and resolve issues for managed projects.
-Ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must.
-Take a lead role to ensure successful execution of the detailed project work plan
-Leadership, initiative and the ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must.

Non-Technical: -Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential. -Ability to provide executive level analysis and recommendations on project wellbeing -Strong problem and issue resolution skills -Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams a must -Ability to work independently -Manage and maintain meeting schedules, meeting minutes and action item lists. Ensure resolution to action items -Maintain the project repository of information Methodology/Certification: -Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration; a technical degree; or related field. -PMI certification is a plus. -Certified in one of the Infrastructure technical disciplines is preferred -Experience in or the proven ability to adhere to a Pharmaceutical PMLC / SDLC methodology -Project certifications are a plus. (i.e; PMP, CPM, Project A+, Prince2, etc..) Experience Requirements per Category: PM - Senior -8 years of Project Management Experience -5 years of specific technology experience
