Position:   Mainframe Programmer 
Address:  Warren, NJ (face to face required at own expense)
Length:   6 months+       
Bill Rate:  45-50/hr
 
Should be on our W2
US citizens, GC or EAD only
 
Skills Required:                              
·         Mainframe - COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, SYNCSORT, MQ 
·         8+ years development experience in DB2, COBOL, JCL, Syncsort, VSAM and CICS
·         Strong knowledge and experience in complex sql and emphasis on performance tuning
·         BS and 8+ years in field
 Knowledge of REXX and EZTRieve is a plus.
 
Assignment Description:
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps 
 - Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality 
 - Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures 
 - Monitor program execution for expected performance 
 Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area 
 - 8+ years experience with IIS
