Strong Email Messaging technologies and experience (Preferred Exchange 2003)
Experience working in other large financial corporate institutions running complex messaging & collaboration environments
Sound understanding of associated Email gateway technologies (Anti Virus, Anti SPAM systems)
Email Archiving systems (Enterprise Vault preferred but not essential)
Blackberry Enterprise Solutions
Windows 2003 and Active Directory
IIS 6
OWA & Outlook Anywhere
Support background with preferred ITIL or equivalent Service Management experience
Basic Unix skills to administer Email Gateway technologies (ie, Sendmail)
Experience in technologies such as SharePoint & other web collaboration tools
Content Filtering scanning systems (e.g MimeSweeper)
Anti-virus /Anti SPAM systems for Email technologies • Message Manager Fax Software / Fax Messaging

Instant Messaging technologies and experience (Reuters, Facetime, Microsoft OCS)
