Jersey City - $65/hr CTC – MUST BE VERY SOLID

Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for equipment and/ or software to deliver solutions. Develops analytical reports or other products.
Graduate degree preferred

Gathers requirements from the Business and writes functional specifications and test plans.
Conducts QA testing of the finished product. Responsible User Acceptance Testing Phase of deliverables.
Requires good communication skills to interact with peers, business users and senior management.
Requires knowledge of portfolio performance measurement: return calculation and attribution and risk reporting.
Requires knowledge of Asset and Liability Management
Requires past experience with a commercial performance measurement system/ALM system.
Requires experience with MS Excel.
Requires experience using and adhering to an SDLC.
Also a plus:
SQL experience, programming experience
Calculus
Asset Management knowledge
