JOB: Documentum Application Support
Location: Pennington, NJ 08534
2 Year Contract
PAY: $40hr W2
Must Have Pharma Background!!!
Tier 2 Applications Support with a focus on Documentum.
Candidate should have experience in a low call volume high research/troubleshooting environment
(3-5 calls per day)
Responding to calls (tracked through Remedy) related to Documentum and desktop applications tied to Documentum.
Should have a strong grasp of Pharmaceutical terminology. This is a heavy troubleshooting role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
