We are seeking a project manager / business analyst in global technology organization to define the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders. The candidate must be strong in project management and business analysis skills.

 

Requirements:

 

• 8+ plus years of direct experience in project management and business analysis including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Experience in front office OMS & EMS platforms, and middle and back office technology.
• Experience in Sales and Trading, middle office, and back office operations. 
• Experience with producing analysis documents and testing and development of test plans.
• Good organizational skills, can correctly estimate project deliverables and timelines
• Understanding of software design and development
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Equities and Fixed Income is a plus.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Develop project plans and associated communications documents, liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Develop and execute test plan focused on functional & data quality testing as well as all other methods of testing (stress, volume, etc)
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. 

H1B Visa, EAD, Green Card, or U.S. citizenship is required.
