Microfocus Developer with Broadridge Expertise
Location: New York, NY
Position: 12 months + Contract
Job Decription:
Provide production support and work on small change requests and enhancement efforts on key initatives.
Support business growth by allowing primary dealer implementation
Implement IMPACT for Primary Dealer
Migrate clearance and settlement operations for equities and equity derivatives from BETA to BPS
Migrate other Fixed Income business from Calypso to IMPACT
Role to be played by the consultant/contractor: Developer for Broadridge-SmartLoan interface
Together with project BA and other technical resources develop technical specifications of interfaces / interface modifications between SmartLoan & Broadridge
Follow technical specifications to develop software programs for integration of BPSA
Develop Unit Test plans (from technical point of view) along with expected results for developed programs
Required Technical Skills:
Microfocus COBOL
TSQL Development/MS SQL Server 2005
Java/J2EE (Core/JSP/Servlets)
HTML & JavaScript
Broadridge BPS/BPSA data model/structure
Database modeling
Windows Batch/Perl scripting
NT/XP/MS Office Suite
