Job Description A major Life Insurance Company is looking for a Project Coordinator in the Somerset, New Jersey office.
Responsibilities:
Will serve as part of an IT Project Management Office (PMO) for a large strategic IT initiative.
Responsible for coordinating with multiple workstreams and project managers in support of the IT PMO.
Tasks include PMO functions, including managing project plans, creating and compiling status reports, managing And escalating issues, managing and change control process, preparing financial reports and generally supporting Other areas of the PMO.
Provides PMO support and expertise to project team members.
Skills Required Must have strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project experience in Clarity is a plus.
Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management/PMO and IT projects.
Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Reports to a senior manager within the IT PMO.
Salary Range This is a temporary position which will pay up to $55 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.
