Irene Cappuccino IMC Associates 908-608-9111 – office irene@irenec.com       Director of Application Development 130-135K Northern New Jersey Company is seeking a Director of Application Development.  Will manage both a LAMP Development Environment as well as an extensive reporting environment.  Will manage a team of 8 dynamic in house developers as well as 2 off shore teams.  Must be able to juggle multiple projects in a very demanding shop.  Will need to be a hands on manager with the ability to hop in and do code reviews when needed.  Must come from a heavy duty enterprise level LAMP shop.  Will work with high level executives in finance, marketing, and sales to deliver mission critical business dependent applications and reports.
