Client Engagement Managers – Currently Only Looking for NYC Area Residents Role
We are seeking experienced IT Engagement Managers to manage complex Financial Services initiatives. The candidate will be part of an IT Infrastructure team, managing strategic technology mandates. Engagement Managers should have strong process analysis skills and be able to interface with both business and technical team members. The candidates must be able to work with different audiences including senior leadership, such as the C level clients. Resources should also be prepared to execute at a detailed level. The candidate should have great listening skills and be able to identify/drive action items coming out of senior stakeholder meetings.
We are only looking at people who live in the metro New York City area right now.
Experience Required
• 10 to 15 years of management and/or business consulting experience
• Leadership in shaping IT initiatives and delivering them
• Great at leading clients through technology discussions
• Develop and manage plans with milestones, tasks, ownership, and dates
• Active listener
• Process analysis and design
• Define roles and responsibilities for the processes
• Exceptional at presenting ideas
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Works well with IT and business users
• Currently lives in Metro New York City area
Preferred
• Senior Manager or Associate Partner with Accenture or Big 4 type leadership experience
• Financials services experience
• Compliance and Regulatory exposure
• Infrastructure experience

• TBD – 1099/W-2 conversion option
