Job Description A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Market Surveillance Manager in their Jersey City Office.
Main Function
Manage and lead Equities and Fixed Income Market Surveillance BA team and related projects within Compliance IT.
Skills Required 15+ years of Business and Data analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, test design And execution) using structured methods or a recognized methodology.
10+ years of Team Leadership and Project Management experience on medium to large projects involving both direct And matrixed global teams using project management best practices.
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects in Market Surveillance (Equities and Fixed Income) FO/MO environments.
Experience of working in detail with Equities and Fixed Income Market Products, processes and trade cycle or closely Related area.
Experience working with OATS, Regulatory Reporting, Fixed Income Systems etc.
Very good technical understanding and working knowledge of Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL/Sybase/SQL Server
Salary Range This is a full time position as a VP and the salary is based on experience.
