Job Description A major Insurance Company with a branch office in Somerset, New Jersey is looking for a Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities
PGR Tasks:
Maintain Calendar with submission schedule and status
Coordinate Finance partner and initiative PM financial review
Ensure documents are received and reviewed by E/1 PMO prior to IMP submission.
Submit a PGR documents on behalf of e/1 initiatives
Attend Readiness and Final PGR
Follow up post final PGR to ensure that all required edits are made to final documents
Request PGS readiness and final dates with IMO
Create PGR Artifact repository in E/1 SharePoint
Maintain the document versions/archiving for PGR artifacts.
Project Reporting Status Processes:
Ensure Clarity updates are made by each domain according to reporting schedule
Follow up on initiative status that are yellow and red
Review lat/non-started tasks
Ensure external Dependencies have been acknowledged and tasks are being tracked.
Review infrastructure heatmap for Wednesday IMP meeting.
Skills Required PM Support:
Organizes, leas and facilitate weekly e/1 PM meeting including the creation of agendas.
Coordinate and support the finalization of project charters and business requirements.
Provide Clarity training and reporting.
Facilitate project plans and ensure tasks are up to date and support Initiative Manager until PM is identified.
Salary Range This is a temporary position which will pay up to $60 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.
