Job Description A major Insurance Company located in New York City is looking for a Project Coordinator for Change Management.
Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for Change Management.
Coordinate projects to make sure they are on schedule, status is reported and where issues are experienced they Are appropriately escalated.
Coordinate resource management activities and metrics reporting.
Coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
Identify and qualify project team risks, issues and scope changes and assist in their tracking using PMO tools and Defined processes.
Analyze and generate Initiative status reports via clarity
Facilitate weekly meetings to review status, issues, risks, interdependencies and milestone and task progress.
Ensure project reporting and update timeline is followed by PM and domain leads.
Coordinate and support the finalization of project charters and business requirements, including approvals tracking And reporting.
Responsible for Management and maintenance of SharePointd documentation repository management and Administrative right delegation.
Co-ordinate team milestones and dependencies within and across teams.
Ensure compliant creation and submission of Phase Gate Review required artifacts.
Create / update reports, presentations and documents as required.
Ability to accurately and concisely summarize meeting discussions and capture action items.
Follow-up and closure of action items.
Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, clients and consultants.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and solve complex problems.
Strong attention to detail
Constantly delivers on extremely aggressive timeliness: effectively partners across Teams to collaborate; Excellent communication and organization skills; responds well in pressure situations and is result and is Result –oriented.
Effectively operates in a matrix organization
Knowledge of clarity desirable.
Salary Range This is a temporary position which will pay up to $55 Corp to Corp and less for W-2.
