Monitor, communicate, and remediate batch/online job processing and performing. Communication and coordination of project milestones with end-users. Ability to document tasks, resources, and requirements. Ability to create Functional/Business specifications. Coordinate testing with IT and functional users of all software/hardware upgrades and fix/patch applications. Security and External Audit Administration of PeopleSoft. Environment (Finance and Human Resources)   Qualifications Mandatory:   Mandatory   Must have at least 5 years of business analysis experience in a technical (software development) environment Solid background with functional and process analysis techniques. Experience supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT Healthcare experience a PLUS   Desired   Technical background in either or both mainframe (COBOL, RPG) and web (GUI requirements analysis, JAVA) and large scale relational database systems is a requirement Familiar with Business and Technical Required Documents Healthcare industry experience is preferred, but not required.
