Please contact Mike Petronaci directly and let him know that I sent you. michael@jheartusa.com From Ann Bergquist Location, North Jersey Full Time/Perm position Salary, 75-90k w/ bonus    Sr. Business Analyst    Description   Job Description:   This role is responsible for providing BA support during the Development Testing and Deployment Phases of a major Financial Services Settlement project.  The person will interface with the Business SMEs to resolve issues/questions regarding business rules.  This person will take a lead role in addressing and resolving all business requirements issues on the Issue Log.  He/she will be an interface between the developers and the business unit.  He/she will support the Current System SMEs with the technical to business unit interface.  He/she will assist with Requirements and functional Specification documentation.  He/she will be responsible for requirements change management.  He/she will support developing test plans for System Testing, QA Testing, and UAT.  He/she will provide IT support for training.  He/she will assist in developing project implementation plans.   Unique Qualifications / Skill Sets:   Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience. Experience with Financial Settlement and Accounting Systems an advantage. Ability to model complex scenarios and test these in a 'sand box' environment Develop and implement solutions for various accounting requirements. Assist and support end-user acceptance testing Provide end-user training on new functionality/features. Act as subject matter expert on best practice for an International Financial Settlement System. Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of work/information in a changing work environment. Work with business partners to understand business process and proactively recommend solutions to key business issues Understand detailed business requirements, perform gap analyses, recommend, facilitate and document solution design and functional specifications for prioritized enhancements and projects Work independently through business analysis and project management methodologies to ensure completion of all assigned deliverables Act as project lead to create milestones, manage project resources, coordinate deliverables on specific assignments Troubleshoot application functional issues and coordinate issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams   Qualifications   Candidate Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology required. Minimum 5 years related work experience in a Financial Settlement and Accounting Applications Excellent computer skills including experience Accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communications Strong work ethic, time management and organizational skills.
