Title: Information Security Manager Type: Full Time Industry: Financial Services Location: New York City – open to EAD/GC/US Citizen local area Pay: 130Kbase plus bonus and benefits
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate security strategy and projects worldwide. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day security for all applications, as well as developing and implementing security roadmap, working in coordination with enterprise security and Technology teams. You will represent and promote security needs among internal teams, and continuously monitor security threats, market trends, and industry best practices to ensure products maintain state of the art security.
Strategy & Management
Develop/implement security roadmap, aligned with enterprise security strategy
Develop security budget with assistance from tech management
Assist in security due diligence and integration for acquisitions and partnerships
· Application & Infrastructure Security
Monitor and manage day-to-day application security with app teams and InfoSec
Develop and coordinate rollout of secure development lifecycle
Drive best practices for security on legacy and strategic development projects
• Experience with security challenges and opportunities in cloud services space
• Experience with security architecture, application security, SDL, vulnerability testing
• Knowledge of common web platforms (.NET, Java, open source) and related security challenges
• Knowledge of infrastructure security tools, designs, and best practices
