Summary

We are seeking a talented, process oriented Project Management candidate with strong Fixed Income product, & operational workflow experience. Individual will be required to support short-term integration project.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Project Management to integration project;
Coordination / creation of user requirements documents, functional specs, project plans, test scripts, & performing integration, regression, & UAT testing;
Interface with business users and subject matter experts to define requirements and refine the details necessary for enhancements to current infrastructure;
Communicate status and report issues to the Business & IT management.

Qualifications & Required Skill Set

· Undergraduate Degree in Finance or related field

· 7 years experience in and command of Project Management principals. Demonstrated ability to execute on them;

· Minimum 3 years working with and/or knowledge of CMMi or similar project management methodology

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong Fixed Income Product Knowledge;

· In depth understanding of trading activities and operations support structures;

· Ability to become key member of project teams & support members to achieve agreed milestones;

Dynamic leadership skills;
Proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude;
Excellent analytical problem solver;
Attention to detail and thoroughness a must.
