SENIOR IT MANAGER

TEANECK, NJ

Our client, an emerging international software vendor, is focused on becoming the world's leading provider of software and solutions for the high growth Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) marketplace. Their portfolio of software, consulting and outsourcing provides organizations with the knowledge and technology necessary to manage their converging communications environments – including all wireless, wire line, and broadband networks.

Position available: Senior IT Manager

Skill needed:

· Cisco ASA administration experience (configuration, ACL, IPsec Tunnels, VPN clients)

· A system admin level knowledge in Windows and Linux OS's.

· Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP, UDP, IP, IPsec, SSL, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP)

· Deep understanding of Microsoft active directory, GPO, LDAP protocol, Microsoft Exchange (with experience in design and migration of mailbox from different versions, restoration of databases and recovery of corrupted databases)

· Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.

· Understanding of the SIP protocol, experience with asterisk PBX (installing, configuring, maintaining and debugging) and the configuration of SIP end points.

· Understanding of the PKI infrastructure and certificates in general.

· Prior experience with IIS and Tomcat (installing and configuring)

· Prior experience with MSSQL (installation, administration, backing up and restoration of databases)

· Hands-on experience with storage systems (both as SAN and NAS)

· In deep understanding and hands-on experience with VMware VSphere and ESX.

· Autodidact.

· Information Security way of mind.

· Good knowledge in at least one scripting language for windows (VBS, Batch) and one for Linux (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl)

· With at least 4 years hands on experience in I.T.

· Management skills (the ability to manage orders, equipment, licensing)

· Experience in live 24x7 production systems environment
