Position: IBM Principal Technical Consultant

Bill Rate: $120 - $130K

Skills Required:

· 7 – 9 years of IT industry experience. Experienced with IBM leading edge, enterprise and mission critical hardware and software technologies.

· 5 plus years experience implementing IBM AIX, Dual VIO, IBM BladeCenters and IBM Storage.

· Advanced understanding of hardware and software technologies used by mid to enterprise level corporations.

· Broad technical knowledge of one or more of the following: Storage, TSM Back-up, Virtualization, Networking, Software, Security, Identity Management, and complimentary products and solutions and their applicability in overall IT environments.

· Technical knowledge of competitive environment and alternative technology solutions/approaches.

· Desired certification in one or more of the following: IBM AIX and IBM Storage.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the client regarding project design, status, and issue resolution and business correspondence.

· Must be able to lead technical teams on delivery of solutions or work independently.

· Able to lead technical content and level of effort input for customer proposals.

· Able to review all proposals, Statements of Work, and Letter of Engagement for accuracy and comprehensiveness.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to communicate with all levels of a corporation including the executive level.
