Experience Requirement:
· 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Developer, Information Technology Analyst, or related.
Proposed Special Requirements
· Must have 5 years of experience in computer systems design and implementation
· Must have 5 years of experience in Logical & Physical database design, mainly in:
- key data analysis, determining business rules and data requirements
· Must have 5 years of experience with Oracle development tools and utilities, including SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, Quest Toad
· Must have 5 years of experience in Database Performance tuning
· Must have 5 years of experience in Unix Shell scripting
· Must have 3 years of experience in Compliance especially supporting and maintaining the Order Audit Trail System (OATS).
Education Requirement
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Taking ownership of Knight's Order Audit Trail System (OATS). Monitoring and generating OATS reports
· Improve and automate the existing production systems. Implement company's software applications for complex data warehousing projects using relational database, data modeling, extraction and financial business knowledge.
· Design and implement sophisticated and customized reports (multi tab and matrix like reports)
· Write modular packages, stored procedures and functions for highly distributed heterogeneous computing environment.
· Oversee implementation of the data warehouse and inquiry system. Provide ongoing support to user community to enhance database systems and applications
· Performance tuning of database applications
· Guide other developers in designing and writing better and efficient codes. Utilize Oracle, PL/SQL, Sybase, MS SQL, Unix shell scripting
