Project Description:
* Advise technology solutions for Hyperion Planning system and Essbase applications
* Determine feasibility of Business Requirements
* Review business requirements, identify risks and estimate IM efforts
* Perform the duties of Quality Assurance manager, including technical document review, approval and identify improvement opportunities
* Act as an advisor on data modeling in complex applications.
* Understand the infrastructure, configuration and Hyperion Planning systems implemented at the client
* Monitor the development activities to ensure compliance of SDLC
* Work with technical team to ensure the team follow the Hyperion best practice
* Participate in the development aspects of approved workstream activities
Required Skills:
* 5 - 10 Years of Hyperion Planning System experience
* 5 - 8 years of hands on development experience with Hyperion Planning System and Essbase applications
* 3 - 5 years of full lifecycle Hyperion Planning Implementations
* Familiar with the whole Hyperion Product Suite, including EAS, Shared Services, Workspace, Financial Reporting tool and smartview
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in all aspects of a planning application solution design, development and deployment
* Ability to architect, build and implement Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions.
* Strong knowledge on the installation and configuration of Hyperion Planning System and Essbase
* Excellent problem solving debugging skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good result based work ethic
* Ability to work in a high paced, multiple vendors global environments
* Quickly gain credibility from technical team to influence best practice
