Please share the relevant profiles with the below details Full Name: Phone: Email: Current Location: Relocation: Status in US: Availability: Rate:   Position: Project Manager   Location: Berkley Heights, NJ Responsibilities:   • Consolidates and communicates project deliverables (status reports, project risk and dependency updates   • Support the Program Manager with managing relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).   • Support the Program Manager with managing overall coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in the project work.   • Have familiarity with Property and Casualty insurance industry best practices and terminology.   • Have familiarity with the reinsurance (facultative and treaty) industry and associated terminology.   • Have familiarity with the data SOV capture and exposure to the natural catastrophe analysis tools.   • Understand the pre-quote, pre-bind and bind processes as used in the insurance industry.   • Develop and manage program plan by coordinating management of individual project plan's deliverables in line with program timelines.   • Recording, managing program issues and escalating issues where necessary.   • Assist the Program manager with resolving any cross-functional issues at a program level.   • Managing project scope, scope creep and change management and escalating any issues where necessary.   • Provide guidance to project team on scope changes and the impact on the project.   • Constantly monitoring project process, resources and performance.   • Documenting and distributing meetings from Steering and Stakeholder committee meetings   • Assist with liaising with the PMO organization providing them with all the required reports/information for the project.   • Support the Program manager in liaising with, and updating progress to IT, PMO, Business Stakeholder, Project Steering Committee and Senior Management.   • Definition and management of User Acceptance testing.       Thank you,   Rose Sr. Technical Recruiter SwitchLane Inc.
