Title: Senior ETL Business Intelligence Developer Location: Norwalk, CT; Requires meetings and periodic travel between Norwalk, CT and Camden, NJ offices (about 10%) Salary: $95-105K + up to 10% bonus Note: Candidates must be local; no relocation assistance offered   General Summary Our client is seeking a Senior ETL/BI Developer to develop, maintain, and support the technologies and processes used to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from large Oracle Data Warehouse and SAP systems to the company's Envision system for reporting and analytical purposes.  This person will work in a small team with primary role to provide ETL Development (70%) and Support (30%)   Skills and Qualifications •      BS is required. Graduate degree is preferred. •      5 - 10 Years Overall IT Experience Must have strong experience in Oracle based-large scale BI environment (minimum size of 3-4TB) and SAP source system •      5-6 years of strong and working knowledge of current Informatica ETL tool required. •      5-6 years of ETL Architect Design skills for large applications, advanced programming, tuning and administration. Working knowledge and high experience navigating SAP and troubleshooting SAP/data warehouse issues required. 5-6 years of current Oracle version and PL/SQL. 5-6 years of database performance tuning for OLAP solutions with Oracle preferred. Strong and working knowledge of Unix and Tivoli tool or other batch job scheduling tool is required Expertise in data warehousing concepts such as star schema, transformation and loading processes. Strong Schema Modeling and excellent SQL Skills. Knowledge of Microstrategy reporting tool Ability to quickly learn and understand critical data/information needs in the business. Strong business functional knowledge (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) Ability to investigate data and discover patterns. Experience in advanced analytics is preferred, e.g. simple data aggregation, statistical analysis, complex data mining, etc. Ability to conduct technical data validation between data warehouse and source system(s). Strong interpersonal and written & oral communication skills. Capability to work globally. Strong Team player as well as influencing and leadership skills. Strong time management skills, strong execution experience and follow-up.
