CONTRACT position in Vendor Governance- Operational-System Administrator ARCHER RISK MGMT TOOL Location Jersey City/Harborside Duration 10-12 months plus likely extension Rate $70- 80 W-2 Depending on level of experience Job Functions 1. Assist with the initial setup and subsequently maintain a large vendor governance tool, such as Archer, integrated with existing systems, e.g., Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts Pro, Fieldglass, Zycus or Accounts Payable systems in a manner that facilitates established risk management and governance policies and allows department owners visibility throughout the lifecycle of a vendor relationship. This also includes the implementation, configuration and testing of the tool; establishment and testing of the interfaces; initial on boarding of the data base and user base, as well as, other appropriate initial system set up elements.
2. Establish and maintain comprehensive data management and configuration for selected vendor governance system. Manage work on design and configuration with integrated external 3rd party systems including ERP and ASP products.
3. Administer day to day activities of the various workstreams including configuration, issue resolution and testing. This includes, but is not limited to presenting system designs and demoing the To Be application to domestic and international business groups, working with QA teams to ensure application meets business requirements and working with key stakeholders to ensure UAT meets planned objectives.
