Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manages overall site technology

· Monitors site performance and integrations

· Manages site development projects, including Q/A, writing test scripts, and executing test plans

· Implements new features and site enhancements

· Other related duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

· Four years' experience with technology in both web-based and traditional transaction processing environments

· HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL required

· Detail-oriented, with excellent initiative, execution, and follow-through

· Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and direct cross-functional teams

· Adept at learning new technology, systems, and functionality

· Innate problem-solving and analytical thinking

· Understanding of business requirements for profitability

· Experience with the Venda platform, CommercialWare, MMS, Pledgemaker, CheetahMail, JIRA, Google Analytics, and Cybersource desirable
