Description :
* Good experinence in Managing migration projects, data center consolidation experiece is mandatory
* Provide regular communication of project status and issues requiring escalation.
* Assure strong, positive management practices throughout the team including collaboration, objective setting, succession planning and career development
* Define project plan and determine the best course of action to achieve the client's goals and expected deliverables.
* Obtain resource commitments from the client and assemble client review teams.
* Work with key client resources to identify project risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans.
* Schedule and facilitate project team meetings to ensure all deployment requirements are effectively communicated to team members.
* Oversee all aspects of project management and ensure the successful completion of deliverables.
