Those of us in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations might be interested in a new Public Relations Certificate program to be offered by Rutgers, starting next month.
The program has been approved by New Jersey as a workforce training program, which means job seekers can apply for a grant to pay for the entire tuition through the One-Stop Career Centers.
