MULTIPLE POSITIONS Molzon Landscape Nursery Molzon Landscape Nursery     Lincroft, NJ   Full- and part-time positions are available.   We're looking for reliable, quick learners who are enthusiastic, outgoing, upbeat (no matter what!), flexible and team-oriented. Sales experience is a must; horticulture knowledge of annuals, perennials and woody ornamentals is important. 3-5 years.     Avid gardeners are especially encouraged to apply. Must be able to manage and supervise and perform simple math calculations.   Ability to work weekends is a must.     Customer service and gardening experience is strongly preferred   Sales Customer service Pricing of plants and hard goods & set up displays Ordering, suggest and help with ordering and inventory Supervise & Train employees. Plan and delegate work Maintenance and cleaning of sales areas Pruning and organizing plants material Potting, custom orders and containers for sale Seasonal, Spring, Easter; Summer: Fall: Christmas, wreaths, centerpieces Cash register
