CREW LEADER Position Summary: The Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring that client's expectations for site maintenance and service are being met or exceeded within budget and safety requirements by managing, coordinating and monitoring the performance of the maintenance crew(s) assigned. Quality Control of Job Site - Plantings and Flower Installation
- Employee Supervision
- Client Communication
- Administrative duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
Qualification Requirements: - Ability to operate various lawn care machinery including mowers, edgers, back pack blowers
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to managers, employees, and clients
- Knowledge of, and ability to communicate the importance of safety and the proper use of personal protective equipment
- Plant and turf identification and care, including some disease and insect knowledge
- Ability to use standard units of measure
- Basic math
- Ability to effectively communicate using basic English
- Must possess a valid and current U.S. driver's license
- Supervisory skills
- Problem solving skills including reasoning and judgment
- Must be able to pass Driver Selection Program (including DOT physical) and obtain CDL where applicable
Education and/or Experience: - Minimum of 1 or 2 years of hands-on landscape experience and/or
- Minimum education of a two or four year degree in a landscape related degree, general degree with coursework in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association.
CREW MEMBER Position Summary: The Crew Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare trucks for day
- Perform maintenance on properties
- Plantings and Flower Installation
- Perform maintenance on equipment
Qualification Requirements - Some experience in lawn care helpful.
- Must be able to operate various lawn care machinery including mowers, edgers, backpack blowers
