Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT Strategic Programs relating to  integration and consolidation of diverse systems. Responsibilities include  establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with IT  counterparts, customers and vendors and effectively managing implementations  and the utilization of resources to achieve optimum performance ensuring  benefits are realized within timeframes anticipated.
This is a fulltime  employee position in 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s  Degree and 7-10 years of IT job-related experience 
· Minimum  of five years in a Project Management role following formal PM processes
· Familiar  with SDLC and different delivery methodologies 
· Experience  managing systems implementation / integration projects, (NOT software  development or infrastructure) 
· Must  have strong business analysis, communication and organizational skills
· Able to  manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to effectively drive project  management activities to completion
· Strong  track record of effectively leading others in a Matrix environment and  establishing priorities in order to meet customers’ expectations
· Strong  relationship management, conflict resolution, and excellent organizational and  communication skills required
· Clinical  background and/or healthcare system implementation experience is desired

  A Regulatory Reporting consultant with Experis could be asked to provide their  expertise to our Depository Institution clients and will possess the following  knowledge and experience:
  
  FR Y-15 (Banking Organization Systemic Risk Report—FR Y-15)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business  Administration. Advanced level degree is strongly preferred. 
  • 7-10 years of Regulatory Reporting experience within a Depository  Institution to include the assembly and analysis of the FR Y-15 (Banking  Organization Systemic Risk Report). 
  • Experience in the preparation of other regulatory body required reports  to include FFIEC 002 (Call Report), FR Y-9C and FR 2900 to include the  preparation, review, and analysis of regulatory capital calculations.
  • Deep knowledge of appropriate financial regulations. 
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional technology skills to include advanced level capabilities  with MS Office applications including Visio, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Analytic ability to identify problems and arrive at practical  solutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization’s  regulatory teams.
  • Eligible to work in the 
  • Willingness and ability to travel preferred
