Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior .Net Web Developer  who will be responsible for end-to-end development of the company's new public websites and/or features, as well as supporting and maintaining current sites. The role involves requirements gathering and analysis, architecting, developing, testing and implementation, providing time estimates and plans; creating system / application documentation and recommending performance improvement in an Agile development methodology environment.

 

This fulltime employee opportunity is located in Stamford, CT.  No Relocation Offered. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Computer and Information Sciences, or a related field of study

·         5 years hands-on web development utilizing ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, XHTML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

·         Experience in performing SQL development and HTML editing.

·         Experience in independently developing and maintaining public websites for a large corporation.

·         Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

·         Experience in working with a Visual Design team to ensure an optimal user experience.

·         Understanding of design patterns.

·         Experience in JQuery and Linq.

·         Experience in setting up blogs and mobile apps.

·         Experience in implementing and maintaining a web content management tool
