Duties:
Provide general office and clerical support for IS team; Track and
manage project spend across multiple projects; general accounting
background, accounts payable/receivable required; process contracts,
purchase orders and invoices; filing; faxing; photocopying.
Skills:
SAP knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.
Strong analytical skills, Organization skills, Ability to work on
multiple projects with limited supervision, Good problem solving
skills, Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
Position requires 3-5 years general accounting experience, including
solid understanding of general ledger, journal entries and cost
center accounting. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent work
experience
