Help Desk Technician – Job Description
The Help Desk Technician will assist the Director of IT with the 24/7/365 day-to-day operations of the corporate environment, providing desktop support to end-users with software and/or hardware related problems. This includes monitoring, backup build systems, procedures and scalability planning.
Detailed Description:
- 24/7/365 Incident monitoring and resolution
 - Provide desktop support to end-users with software and/or hardware related problems Maintenance of systems documentation
 - Backup and recovery procedures
 
Requirements:
5+ years experience operating systems using:
- Windows 2000/2003 Servers
 - DNS/DHCP Services
 - RAS, Routing and VPN
 - RAIDs
 - Exchange 2000/2003
 - Windows XP Professional/
2000 Workstations  - MS Exchange/MS Outlook 2003
 - MS Office 2003
