Client:  A major, well respected and very  profitable manufacturer of medical devices, biologics and pharmaceuticals with  world wide sales in excess of $7+ billion. Company is currently seeking a savvy  Product Manager for their surgical division.  
Position Purpose: To develop and implement successful  marketing strategies and tactics to aggressively grow the Biologic business  within the 
Develop marketing plans based on field experience and market research  with significant sales growth as the goal   
*Work as a member of the Sales and Marketing team to maximize sales and  profitability of companies products. 
*Identify new markets for specific products.  
* Work with external marketing companies creating marketing materials  that grow  product sales and educate  customers.
* Originate and provide a complete portfolio of marketing support items  for including: literature, advertising, technical, brochures, exhibitions, and  support items. 
* Work to develop KOLs on new and existing products.  
* Work with sales teams developing marketing strategies to increase  sales. 
* Interact with development teams on new products and focus on the  application of concepts for the North American market.  
* Responsible for organizing and attending major trade  shows.
Requirements:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred. 
5+ years marketing experience in either medical devices or biotech.  Client will also consider an exceptional candidate from a pharmaceutical company  with strong product management  experience.
Compensation: open depending on specific skill set ($140k+) plus  nice benefit package
