The candidate will lead QA efforts of the QA team. The QA Lead will be responsible for estimating work efforts for testing resources, writing test plans, creating test schedules, creating/reviewing test cases and managing /executing functional/load testing. The QA Lead will analyze business requirements to create detailed test scripts. They will also follow/execute test scripts for web based Microsoft .Net application under development, with ability to identify and communicate defects. Will be assisting with generation and tracking of logs to manage scripts and defects. Requirements: 5 years experience in QA testing 2 years experience as QA Lead tester Experience in developing test plans Experience coordinating testing efforts across team environment Proficient in all aspects of QA, including using software applications relating to Quality Assurance Experience with Quality Assurance testing tools including automated testing software suites Ability to fully grasp complex system architectures, including multiple inter-related databases and intricate business rule logic Strong analytical and strong communication skills Understanding of Web technologies Experience with database-backed web sites and/or content management systems Able to manage time productively and handle multiple projects
