"Candidate
will support the development of a Data Centric Security program. The
candidate must have proven experience in both Information Security and
Project Management. Required capabilities include the following: ·
Proven track record in managing projects (functional and non-functional
requirements definition, planning, organization, tracking, reporting,
& brilliant execution)
· Strong working knowledge of Information Security concepts
· Ability to perform technical analysis

I'm communication with an executive recruiter who's acting as the HR person for a web company I'm hoping to get a position with. She asked me for some help fnding candidates for VP of Worldwide Sales. The company has a staff of about 100, is doing about $15MM in annual sales, and has been around since 2000, so I think the position would be reasonably secure. Total compensation will not exceed $150K (base will be $70 or 80K + variable to $150K). Here are the criteria:
* Large enterprise account management experience
* Combination of large and small company experience with the small being more recent to enable ease of transition to the company's culture
* Online experience selling advertising or marketing as part of career experience
* Experience with major manufacturer (technology, software, consumer electronics, fashion/luxury goods, communications, media/entertainment ) preferred
* Already in the NY Tri-State area (no relocation)
