establish themselves as the key ETB and client contact for any ETB services
issues / concerns / questions that may require investigation.
Client Satisfaction: The Account Services Director will provide leadership to
their team with the goal of continually improving client satisfaction ratings on
behalf of the ETB organization. Must be able to develop action plans and inspire
adherence to same in the support of exceeding ETB client satisfaction targets.
Candidate must possess the following attributes:
Ability to inspire trust and collaborative alliances with their team and other
stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to lead, evaluate, manage and develop cross-functional
teams
Strong leadership diplomatic and motivational skills
Self-motivated and decisive
Excellent verbal and organizational skills; concise written skills; executive
presentation skills

Demonstrate the value of being a team player through his/her actions
Insists on quality deliverables while executing under accelerated timeframes
Demonstrated ability to gain consensus among multiple stakeholders, both
internal and external
Ability to travel as needed to establish and maintain client relationships (10-
25% travel)
