Security Greeter - 21+ hrs a week
The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee is looking for qualified greeters to join the security team in midtown Manhattan. This position is responsible for the safety and security of staff, visitors and property.
Primary Responsibilities
• Protecting property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property.
• Inspecting building, equipment, and access points.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Detecting suspicious activities, investigating disturbances and responding effectively to control the situation.
• Reporting incidents, accidents or medical emergencies.
• Providing help in emergencies.
Requirements
• Must be able to show proof of authorization to work in the United States
• Previous experience in the security field, e.g. military, police, security companies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work at least 21 hours per week in shifts
• Able to work early mornings and on some occasions on weekends
• Able to work long hours on a quarterly basis and work overtime as needed
• Able to operate well under stressful situations
• Great interpersonal skills
• Detail orientated
• Able to multi-task
• Basic computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• NYC Security Guard License – a plus

Overview
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to provide security architectural guidance, technological recommendations and transition strategies that support the development and implementation of initiatives based on Common Delivery, Services Based Architecture, and Agility for moderately complex or single projects.
The individual will provide architectural strategy and subject matter expertise for line of business projects and key enterprise initiatives in a broad range of IT Security disciplines including network security, data protection, malware defenses, security analytics, identity and access management, compliance, endpoint and mobile security, 3rd party software-as-a-service integration, infrastructure as a service, cloud, and secure development lifecycle.
This is a fulltime employee position in Hartford, Connecticut
Skills and Qualifications:
* Requires knowledge with .NET, J2EE, COM, Windows Server, Linux platforms
* User and B2B Interfaces, Web Service design, Application Integration, Business Intelligence, operating systems, VOIP, networking, and cloud solutions.
* 5+ years in enterprise security architecture and design.
* Must demonstrate Technical Knowledge, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Team Orientation, Self-Management, Commitment to Quality, Planning and Project Management and Financial Awareness
* Experience overseeing the solution delivery process is a plus.
* Experience in people, product and/or project management in a matrix organization is a plus.

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect who will work with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze, define and validate business requirements and develop technical infrastructure solutions. This person will typically be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle from intake through delivery with an emphasis on analysis and design, provide architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project full time and ensure adherence to security best practices, policies and standards.

Overview
Our client is seeking a SAP Senior PP/QM Analyst who will work closely with
business members of Demand to Build and QM business functions (Supply Chain
Planning, Manufacturing, Quality) and ABAP developers to analyze, design,
develop, configure, test, troubleshoot and support SAP PP/QM and integration
points with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules and SAP interfaces to other core
business applications. The Analyst will manage projects assigned through the
full project lifecycle, track and report PP and QM support metrics, manage
and coordinate the work of consultants when necessary, document and control
all changes made to production systems and provide knowledge transfer of
system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts and end users.
This fulltime employee position is located in Wilton, CT. Travel up to 20%.
Will assist with relocation expenses.
* Some off shift work to support project implementation, system
changes and/or conversions.
Skills and Qualifications:
. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
. 5+ years of experience in the PP/PP-PI/QM sub modules with two
or more full project life cycle SAP implementations
. Implementation and/or support experience in repetitive
manufacturing is a plus.
. Experience with business case development, project planning
and estimation is a must.
. Experience working for Consumer-related industries
