MUST HAVE 3-4 years of experience with Investment Banks ROLE SUMMARY:
• Project management and coordinate ARR works stream activities and deliverables to support App Dev with their Application migration.
• Organize and lead PMO office for Application migration teams and provide PMO support to the Application migration Project lead.
• Organize and maintain central share-point site for the group and clients.
• Work with rest of the team to provide senior management status reports, dashboard for tracking progress, project plans, WBS, deliverables, Risk & issues.
• Work with the central PMO and be the lead contact within the team to coordinate, organize and deliver PMO deliverables.
• Data-mining, analysis and reporting using spreadsheets. Create senior management presentation.
• Coordinate communication and documentation for App Dev.
• Develop Project plans, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), tracking of issues and risks and status reporting.
Qualifications :
• Min 3-5 years of experience in Project Management with strong PMO experience in infrastructure and application development projects preferably in the Financial Services sector.
• Strong experience in PMO discipline with organizational skills, senior management presentations with good relationship management with client service orientation.
• Experience in putting together senior management presentation material, document.
• MS excel expertise, creating and organizing share-point site for project reporting.
• Strong communication in both technical and business areas. Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies like PMP, ITIL and Minimal Grid.
• Knowledge of IT services, products and solutions.
• Ability to work in a large global organization, collaborate, work under pressure, tight project timelines and deliveries.
• Excellent inter-personal and team dynamics, communication skills and self motivation
• Strong written and spoken English mandatory.
