The Technical Analyst – Dynamics CRM will be responsible for supporting clients growing CRM application footprint. In this role this person will support the planning and analysis of business requirements for ongoing system changes or enhancements to the MS CRM Dynamics platform in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors. She / He will work with business partners to identify practical solutions through existing or new business systems technology, and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of applications and other technology in cooperation with the business and other areas of IT.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES BY PERCENT:
• Support development of new or enhancement of existing middleware interfaces.
• Conduct research on best practices and industry/functional trends.
• Maintain different CRM environments, deploying solutions from Dev to Test to Production.
• Assist in the development of testing, training development/support, and launch plans as required to aid in delivery of a quality product, designed for user acceptance and adoption.
• Support of "run the business" operations.
• Support on-going maintenance activities related to Dynamics CRM and other related application systems.
• Develop in-depth knowledge and proficiency of supported business areas and engages business partners in evaluating opportunities for process integration and refinement.
• Operate as primary system administrator and application configuration expert for MS CRM 2011/2013/2015.
• Create reports and dashboards for the management team
• Train new end users on the application and trains existing users on new features
• Conduct regular workflow analysis and application review sessions among both users and executives
• Document processes and creates documents to communicate processes
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM operations
• Assist with bulk imports of contact or account data after the go-live date
• Configure shared, custom reports
• Support various operational activities in support of CRM data management, data archiving, disaster recover, etc.
Requirements
• B.S. in Computer science or technical equivalent degree with minimum 3 years related work experience
• Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and system management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Scribe a plus
