ABOUT THIS JOB
Are you passionate about finding talented and driven individuals for a

The Head of
Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in helping xxxxx grow from 53 to
100+ in 2014 and double again in 2015. As the leader for the recruiting team,
you will drive strategy for recruiting top talent in all company functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Measure and improve our internal recruiting processes.
-Be a highly effective manager for the recruiting team members.
-Initially manage a team of three and hire additional recruiters.
-Brainstorm and implement creative ways to source candidates for roles across
the company.
-Interface with and be a trusted resource for hiring managers.
-Evangelize the xxxxx team and brand.
-Contribute to building a great company.
Experience
- Minimum of 6
years recruiting experience (relevance of experience more important than number
of years).
- Start-up experience. Preferably scaling a team in a hyper growth environment.
- Technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience setting up repeatable and scalable processes.
- Familiarity with progressive recruiting technologies.
- Great communication skills both internal and external. Always answer emails
and calls within 12 hours.
- Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and
proactive (no exceptions).
- Candidates who have worked exclusively in large companies will NOT be
considered.
- Candidates with consistently short stints at companies or with exclusive
contract experience will NOT be considered.
- Position is heavily focused on talent acquisition (recruiting) vs.
traditional HR. Candidates who lack extensive hands-on recruiting experience
will NOT be considered.
