SR. Project Manager (PMO)
The ideal candidate should possess experience ranging from inception to deliverables of the projects that they have managed and have a take ownership mindset along with being a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of projects varying in size and complexity, depending on the number (some small, medium or large).
He / she will be responsible for managing at four to six project managers working on
large, complex projects. Possess a hands on proactive approach to managing project managers and the projects are expected with full responsibility for all aspects including executing the project within scope, schedule and budget.
The projects that are being designed and executed will be in the areas of business intelligence, sales and marketing, CRM, supply chain and human resources.
Technical knowledge/skills:
Advanced knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures.
Good knowledge of emerging technologies
Advanced knowledge of and execution of SDLC.
Strong knowledge of other development life cycles.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Tools.
Advanced Project Management Skills (Scope Management, Timeline Management, Resource Management, Issue Tracking, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management).
Prior experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) a plus only and NOT required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 15+ years of experience managing extensive development projects.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
These positions will be paying a full time salary plus an outstanding benefits package and a bonus structure.
