Overview
Our client is seeking a Level II Support Analyst to provide troubleshooting and support of the following:
* Desktop and notebook computers; LAN and equipment for various facilities
* Enforces IT Security SOPs
* VPN support and troubleshooting of Cisco VPN router and client software
* Business Software support including MS Office Suite, CRM, Adobe professional suites, SAP and SAP client GUI.
* Avaya 8800 phone system and Modular Messaging.
* Cellular and remote data needs for each employee
* Blackberry and iPhone configuration and administration along with detailed carrier knowledge to support wireless needs.
* Direct participation in initiatives for deployment of new software and hardware technologies.

This 6-month contract position is located in Cheshire, CT

Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree; A+, MCP or MCSE certification preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience supporting medium to large client environments.
* Fluency in Spanish; both speaking and writing is a plus.
* Must have direct experience working with senior level employees.
* Good interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
