POSITION TITLE: System and Development Analyst   LOCATION: Newark, NJ, with extended travel to Japan required when necessary which will be paid for by our client.   POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is expanding its current domestic infrastructure support to include our businesses in Japan.  This new expansion of international support will span four technology platforms: Network (voice and data), Mainframe, Wintel, and UNIX. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to coding, documentation and analysis for ongoing maintenance and support of the IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) Japan infrastructure components; configuration, analysis and management of ITIM agents and base components. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to speak, read and write both English and Japanese are required Experience with User provisioning controls and software processes, in particular for implementations of IBM's Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) and Directory Integrator (TDI)   Experience with and understanding of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager basic system architecture, component design, the various agents and platforms. Good oral and written communications skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex problems to various levels (from business to engineers to executive management). Ability to learn/apply new technologies, while working in partnership with other areas to gather/define requirements and translate them into systems specifications. Ability to work closely with vendors, providing them technical support as a subject matter expert and oversight on the quality of their software work products, in addition to performing technical duties on other projects. Certifications including, CISSP or IBM Certification for Identity Manager is a major plus.   Will consider candidates with proven aptitude as a System Administrator and limited ITIM experience.
