These Management Consultant roles are responsible for the delivery and oversight of domain offerings & solutions. A Management Consultant is involved with people and project management and participates in development of external presence in the market.Overall responsibilities:Analysis and Research – Uncover, assimilate, and apply (requirements analysis, business process mapping)
- Strategy and roadmap – Develop, and document
- Process architecture, analysis, definition, design, management, and measurement (KPI development)
- Portfolio assessment and planning, stakeholder analysis, maturity modeling
- Drive internal projects, against the individual business plan as well as across company initiatives
- Research, analyze, develop and apply best practices related to AS
- Develop and maintain service delivery process, tools and templates
- Work with sales and marketing to develop the collateral necessary to describe and promote AS to existing and potential clients, and for use in industry and other (internal and external) publications and forums
- Develop and deliver training and communications for AS
- Support the external sales and marketing of the AS solution offerings, including participating in sales calls, supporting responses to RFP's, etc.
- Manage and deliver high-value Advisory delivery services including: Strategy and Deployment
- Support and represent client and specifically, AS, solutions, methodologies and community; develop and deliver presentations to the group and client and participate in other knowledge sharing activities
Required Technical Skills:MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)Required Business Skills:
- Domain experience in life science (R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Corporate Portfolio Optimization), and/or
- Domain experience in Financial Services, Insurance Healthcare, Insurance, and communications
- Advisory Services & Management Consulting experience
- Strong analysis, research, presentation (develop and deliver), communication, and documentation
- Strategy and roadmap development and delivery
- Business case and ROI Development
Desired Technical / Business Skills
- Portfolio Assessment and Planning
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) identification
- Issue and Risk management

IT Account Executive – NY / NJ Category: Direct Hire Positions, General, JobsSalary: $240-260K (50/50 split) with Full Benefits Package Description:Responsibilities:Grow sales to meet or exceed the plan by bringing in new accounts and leveraging existing accounts.
- Maintain an up to date sales pipeline.
- Sell into the key F500 accounts within the territory.
- Knowledge of Routers and Firewalls.
- Security Software sales a plus.
- Write effective proposals and manage the contract negotiation.
- Work with pre set client call list, completed sales calls report and account reports and take all appropriate actions needed to drive and sustain business.
- Work with dedicated Pre Sales Engineer to ensure implementation and customer support to support all new business.

Qualifications:

- Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and strong will to be successful.
